Oil Immersion Heaters are design for efficient, uniform, and reliable heating of Oil in tanks, vessels, boilers, and industrial process equipment. We are manufacturing high-quality tubular heating elements used with Kanthal Resistance wire, MgO insulation, and sheathed SS 304, SS 316, Incoloy, selected according to the application. They can be installed in either a horizontal or vertical configuration, and can be supplied with a thermowell for the purpose of containing a temperature sensing device or thermostat for automatic on/off control.

These heaters are available in customized kW ratings, Element lengths, shapes, and mounting arrangements to meet specific heating requirements. They can be supplied with Flanged, Threaded, or Customized mounting options for easy installation and maintenance.
