Custom Built Tubular Heaters are precision-engineered heating elements designed to meet demanding industrial heating requirements and specific specifications. Each heater is manufactured according to the required power rating, voltage, operating temperature, dimensions, geometry, sheath material, and mounting configuration.

The heating element is constructed using high-quality resistance wire, compacted high-purity Magnesium Oxide (MgO) insulation, and a robust metallic sheath selected according to the application. Available sheath materials SS 304, SS 316/316L, Incoloy, and other application-specific alloys for enhanced resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and high operating temperatures.

Tubular heaters can be manufactured in straight, U-type, M-type, hairpin, multi-bend, coil, and custom-formed configurations, with optional fins, threaded terminals, flanges, brackets, mounting bosses, and customized terminal arrangements.
