The explosion proof heaters consist of U – hairpin tubular heaters with or without spiral fins fitted into threaded / bolt-nut flange which consist of flameproof IP 65 enclosure.

The Terminal enclosure IP 65 is designed to protect the terminals of the individual elements from external impacts of flammable gases or vapours to facilitate the connection of the Incoming power supply to the heater bundle.

The explosion proof finned-tubular heaters are used for heating areas where all possible flammable gases or vapours may be present; for example: on oil/gas rigs, in the chemical and petrochemical industries and areas where combustible products are stored.
